Move Wallpaper Anywhere On Desktop

If you ever want to move your wallpaper anywhere on the desktop for whatever reason I can't even think of, you should give Aligner a try. You can move wallpaper to left, right, bottom, or top of the screen simply by using the sliders in the program.
